They also contain the antioxidant falcarinol which have been shown in studies to delay the growth of tumors. Both these antioxidants may help to reduce your risk of cancer by preventing damage to healthy cells of the body. Drinking carrot juice can even increase the levels of carotenoids in the blood may help to prevent cancer from recurring.
