We recommend this cleanse to more experienced cleansers who take good care of themselves, eat whole foods and work out regularly.

How Does It Work?

You should receive instructions with your first delivery order. It is important to drink the juices in the specified order with plenty of water in between. The Chlorophyll shots can be added at checkout to enhance nutrient absorption and cell regeneration. Moderate work and exercise is tolerated, but nothing too excessive. Note: Juices must remain refrigerated at all times.

For each day of this cleanse, you will receive one of each of the following juices:

• Pear Pleasure (pear, pineapple, ginger)

• Cold Kicker (orange, green apple, kale, lime)

• Hydrate (cucumber, lime, mint, apple, ginger)

• Joint Juice (carrot, orange, turmeric)

• Greenology (parsley, kale, pear, cucumber, lemon)

• Health Nut (dates, activated charcoal, almonds, sea salt, filtered water)

• Aloe Chlorophyll Shot (local delivery only)

How many days should I cleanse?

We HIGHLY recommend that everyone participate in the 5 Day cleanse for the best results. The toxins don’t begin to leave your body through your liver until the end of day 3 and into day 4. Day 5 is a recovery where you feel great! After our 5 Day Detox & Cleanse you will look and feel amazing.

How can I achieve optimal results?

For the few days leading up to a cleanse you need to really HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE your body as much as possible and can continue your regular diet. It is important that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day while avoiding alcohol and caffeine at all costs. You will likely experience withdrawal symptoms as a result of your cleanse. These can include headaches, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, skin eruptions, and constipation. These symptoms can be a good sign that the detox is working.
